    • for Health Education programs as scheduled
  • Individual Health Counseling
  • Someone to share concerns with confidentially
  • Information and liaison services to available  community services

HEALTH TALKS

  • Monthly presentations on various wellness topics
  • Opportunity for Blood Pressure Checks
  • Provided at Center and Outreach sites
  • Free educational materials, door prizes and refreshments
BODY FITNESS EXERCISE
  • Gentle exercise for strength and flexibility
  • Meets twice weekly for 10-15 weeks
  • Program provided twice yearly:
    beginning in January and September

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF IRVINE (Public Housing)

We also work with the Housing Authority of Irvine to provide families with information and resources to live a healthier life. Some items and services included are:

  • Dental hygiene education; we also distribute tooth brushes and paste several times a year
  • Soaps, lotions, shampoos, and other personal hygiene items
  • School supplies throughout the year
  • First Aid Supplies
  • Information on parenting, nutrition, family safety and other topics
